Advance Payment and Delivery Charges Policy

Within Dhaka City:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) and home delivery are available for all products across Dhaka and the rest of Bangladesh.
  2. For accessories within Dhaka metro, orders can only be placed via Cash on Delivery (COD). No advance payment is required in this case. However, in some cases, a special delivery charge may be collected in advance.
  3. Delivery Charge: BDT 70.
  4. Delivery Time: 24–48 hours (may vary in special cases).

Outside Dhaka City:

  1. For orders outside Dhaka, partial payment is required for Cash on Delivery (COD) or home delivery.
  2. For accessories outside Dhaka, the delivery charge is BDT 120, plus a 1% COD/condition charge (as per courier rules) if partial payment is made.
  3. If full advance payment is made, the 1% COD/condition charge does not apply.
  4. Delivery Time: 24–72 hours (may vary depending on location).
  5. For mobile phones outside Dhaka, full advance payment is required.
  6. Courier Charges: BDT 200–220.
  7. Delivery Time: 24–72 hours (may vary depending on location).
  8. Full advance payment orders outside Dhaka are usually delivered through Sundarban Courier.
  9. Sundarban Courier typically delivers within 24–48 hours.
  10. Cash on Delivery (COD) or home delivery outside Dhaka usually takes 2–4 days (via Pathao Courier, eCourier).
